The Union’s press campaign for Baxter’s fresh soup won top honours at The UK Roses in Manchester this month. The campaign won Best Consumer Press Campaign, Best Consumer Press Advertisement and Best National Press Advertisement. The Union also picked up three awards for its work on Fife Council (Best Radio Campaign), s1homes.com (Best Regional Press Advertisement) and Stortext (Best Business-to Business Direct Mail). Simon Scott, Joint Creative Director of The Union, commented “The quality of work overall at these awards is very high, and the judging is very tough. The fact that 16 agencies were competing proves this. To get six awards, across a range of clients, is immensely satisfying. It shows we have strength in depth in our creative department.” Overall The Union walked away with six awards, coming second on the night.
